Float Pasadena Day Date

Float is a charming little cafe located in the beautiful British-inspired Burlington Arcade in Pasadena. On February 11th, the Sunday before Valentine’s Day, Float is offering a special “day date” that includes two sandwiches of your choice, plus an unbelievable tiramisu float all for $25!

They will also have a live saxophonist playing romantic jazz tunes on the patio from 1pm-3pm. It’s a great Valentine’s date idea for couples who want to avoid the crazy crowds or simply don’t want to overspend for those crazy prix-fixe steak dinners!

Couples Massage and Sushi at Tomoko Japanese Spa

Now, this is what we are talking about! An establishment where they pamper you and then feed you sushi!?! This little gem is located in the heart of Beverly Hills and will make you feel fancier than Iggy Azalea!

Prior to your choice of the treatment, there is a 15 min detox foot soak and a 30 min Japanese natural bath. Then its off to the massage, all in a private suite with private shower and tub! Followed up with sushi (from SUGARFISH), organic green tea and Japanese fine sweets. We are pretty certain you and your honey will leave this place feeling like a couple of stars!

Sunset Champagne flight over LA

This amazing helicopter adventure goes above and beyond L.A’s most stunning attractions; LITERALLY! At Sunset in your own Private helicopter! Experience intimate aerial views as you are whisked over exclusive Beverly Hills, eclectic Sunset Strip, and the striking Downtown Skyline. Marvel at the historic Hollywood Sign and jaw-dropping sights of Walt Disney Concert Hall, Dodger Stadium, Griffith Observatory, and Hollywood Bowl. Malibu Wine Safari

Explore the 1,000 acre Saddlerock Ranch and vineyard in Malibu. Your trusty guide and driver team will lead the adventure on custom-built open-air Safari vehicles. You’ll make stops along the way to take in the scenery, taste local wines, and get up close and personal with animals you never knew were Angelinos too: zebras, camels, alpacas, bison, and even Stanley the Giraffe – all just 30 minutes from LA!

 Road Trip to Joshua Tree

We’re always down for a road trip; especially if it leads to hiking! For us, there is nothing more intimate than getting in touch with nature! We just recently had the best time exploring Joshua Tree and would have to say, If your looking for a cheap getaway close to LA this is definitely the way to go! There is even a giant rock shaped just like a HEART

One of our favorite places in all of Joshua Tree National Park is the White Tank Campground. This collection of 11 campsites are private and awesome; plus they lead to a wonderland of rocks which includes the popular arch rock and heart rock.

We hope you guys have a wonderful Valentines Day filled with love, appreciation and admiration for one another!

In recent decades Valentine’s Day has become increasingly commercialized and a popular gift-giving event, with Valentine’s Day themed advertisements encouraging spending on loved ones. Just remember, this day shouldn’t be about spending money.

It should be about spending time with the ones you most care about and reminding us that everyday is an opportunity to let them know just how much we care!

Leave us a comment below and let us know what you are getting into this V-day!
